1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and ZZZ Junk Removal ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as our junk removal services.

2. Services

We provide residential and commercial junk removal, recycling, and donation pickup services. We reserve the right to refuse service or refuse to remove certain items (such as hazardous waste, chemicals, or unidentifiable substances) at our sole discretion for safety or legal reasons.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided online or over the phone are approximate and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is determined on-site before the work begins. If you agree to the final price, we will proceed with the removal. If not, there is no obligation.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to dispose of all items you ask us to remove. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the removal of items you did not have the authority to dispose of.

5. Liability

While we take great care in removing items from your property, we are not liable for minor damages that may occur during the normal course of removal (e.g., minor scuffs on walls). For significant damages caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the repair or the total cost of the service provided, whichever is less.
